This transaction was another reminder that even when you do everything right, unexpected hurdles can still show up.

Inspections are one piece. Appraisals are another! And TODAY, both deserve attention.

Four years ago✨, I started building my real estate business by serving first-time homebuyers and investors.

This week reminded me why I still love it.

I met a new investor and within 24 hours, we were UNDER CONTRACT 🔑.
