Here are a few simple ways we can all help freshen up our community:

🌼 Water your flowers or patio plants to keep your outdoor space looking its best.

🪑 Neatly arrange your patio or balcony by putting away clutter and organizing outdoor furniture.

🗑️ Dispose of trash properly and help keep breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas clean.

🐾 Remember to pick up after your pets so everyone can enjoy our green spaces.

🚗 Keep parking areas clear by using designated parking spaces and avoiding storing personal items outside.

🚪 Take a quick look around your front door or patio—a little tidying goes a long way in creating a welcoming community!

🔥🏡 Tenant Tuesday: Fire Safety Starts at Home 🏡🔥

A few simple habits can go a long way in helping keep you, your family, and your neighbors safe.

Here are a few friendly fire safety reminders:

🚨 Test your smoke detector regularly. If your smoke detector is beeping or not working properly, please submit a maintenance request right away.

🍳 Stay in the kitchen while cooking. Never leave food cooking unattended on the stove.

🕯️ . Consider flameless candles for a cozy, worry-free alternative.

🔌 Avoid overloading electrical outlets or power strips. Plug major appliances directly into wall outlets whenever possible.

🚪 Keep exits clear. Make sure doors, hallways, and walkways remain free of clutter so everyone can exit quickly in an emergency.

🔥 Know what to do if a fire occurs.
If you discover a fire:
• Get everyone out immediately.
• Call 911 once you are safely outside.
• Never re-enter the building until emergency responders say it is safe.

⚠️ INTERNET, PHONE & POOL ACCESS OUTAGE ⚠️

Dear Rohan Ridge Residents,

Midco is currently experiencing an active service outage affecting our area. Because of this outage, internet and phone services at Rohan Ridge Apartments are currently unavailable.

The outage began at approximately 4:03 PM on August 31st and is affecting approximately 303 customers.

Impacted Midco services include Internet, Cable TV, MidcoTV, and Phone service.

🚫 POOL ACCESS:
Please be advised that the Rohan Ridge pool is also temporarily inaccessible during the outage. Our pool entry system requires an internet connection for resident key fobs to operate properly. Until internet service is restored, key fobs may not allow access through the pool gate.

Midco is currently estimating approximately 4 hours from the start of the outage for service to be restored, placing the estimated restoration around 8:03 PM. Please keep in mind that this timeframe is an estimate and may change.

The Rohan Ridge office phone lines may also be unavailable during the outage.

Once service has been restored, Midco advises that you may need to unplug your internet equipment for approximately 30 seconds and then plug it back in if your service does not automatically reconnect.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while Midco works to restore services.
