**🔥 FIRE EXTINGUISHER CHECKS — TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6TH 🔥**

Fire extinguisher inspections will take place **Tuesday, October 6, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM.**

Want to avoid entry into your apartment? Place your **fire extinguisher outside your front door BEFORE 8:00 AM on Tuesday.** Fire extinguishers are located **under the kitchen sink.**

The technician will inspect and re-tag it outside your door. **Please remember to bring it back inside later that day.** Residents are responsible for replacement costs if an extinguisher is lost or damaged after being left outside.

If your extinguisher is **not outside**, maintenance and the technician will enter your apartment to complete the inspection. Please secure pets and make sure there are no additional locks preventing entry.

**If we cannot access the extinguisher and the technician has to return, a $75 rescheduling charge will be assessed to the household.**

🍂✨ FALL PATIO INSPIRATION: SMALL-SPACE EDITION! ✨🍂

Think you need a large patio or balcony to make a big impact? Not at all!

A few simple touches can make even a narrow space feel festive and cozy. Try using:

🎃 Small pumpkins instead of large displays
🍁 A fall wreath on the door
✨ Battery-operated lights along the railing
🌼 One or two mums in compact planters
🪧 A small seasonal sign
🏮 Lanterns or baskets tucked into corners
🪑 A cozy chair with a fall pillow or blanket, if space allows

The goal is to decorate without blocking walkways, stairs, doors, or emergency exits.

🍂 These are just inspiration ideas — there’s no required decorating style. Keep it simple, get creative, and make your space your own!

Small space? No problem. 🎃🍁✨

Keep the fall inspiration going
