The redevelopment would also include a four-story, 120-room hotel and two new restaurants.

Another two-story building would feature retail or restaurant space on the first floor with office space above.

Oak Park Mall's owners have filed redevelopment plans that include 260 apartments, a 120-room hotel, restaurants, offices and entertainment space.
