I’m back!🙌

May 15–28 was fully, genuinely off-line – and it was wonderful. I came back recharged, grateful, and ready for what’s next.

And what’s next this summer?

Summer in Kansas City is one of the best times to be a buyer or a seller – but it rewards people who have a plan. The market is active, the inventory is there, and the window between now and the back-to–school slowdown moves faster than you’d think.

If you’ve been sitting on a decision – to buy, to sell, to finally call a real estate agent – let’s talk this week. I’m refreshed, I’m caught up, and I’m here.

Welcome to summer, Kansas City!🌞

OK, real talk: I’m going on a mother daughter trip May 15-28 and I’m making myself a promise – no posts, no content, no casual reels where I’m pretending I’m just wandering around. Just an authentic trip with my mom, actual rest, and a heart out of office.

BEFORE I GO – three things:

1️⃣ the spring market doesn’t pause for anyone. If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling this summer, DME. THIS WEEK.. Let’s get a plan in place before I leave.

2️⃣ I’m still reachable for real real estate needs – text or email. I’ll be checking in.

3️⃣ I’ll be back on May 29, fully recharged and very ready to talk to Kansas City real estate.

See you on the other side!✈️

So there’s a little soccer tournament coming to Kansas City this summer. You may have heard of it.🌎

Every country. The biggest stage in the world. Group stage, Round of 32, AND a quarterfinal – right here at Kansas City Stadium (also known as home of the Chiefs!)

People from every corner of the globe are about to fly into the city, walk our neighborhoods, eat our food, and discover what we already know.

The city has been worth it for a long time. Welcome to the party, everyone else! The Soccer Capital of America is ready! ⚽️

This mom had now idea what she was signing up for. 💐

Happy Mother’s Day to every kind of mom.

To the mom’s whose kids are growing up in the houses that feel too small and you’re dreaming about more space - I see you, and we’ll get there.

To the moms watching their kids leave the nest and are staring at four bedrooms wondering what comes next - same.

To the women in my life who show up for this community every single day - through the Junior League, the Symphony League, the neighborhoods, the schools, the fundraisers, the quiet ways and the loud ones - you are the reason KC feels like home.

And to anyone who has lost a mom, or who navigates a complicated relationship with this day - I’m thinking about you too. It’s not simple for everyone, and that’s real.

Wishing everyone a gentle, good Sunday. 🌸

Spring market update — here's what's actually happening in Kansas City right now. 👇

The headlines don't always tell the full story, so here are the real numbers and what they mean for you whether you're buying or selling this spring.

The short version: More inventory than last year. Prices are holding. The homes that are priced and presented well are still moving fast.

This is a market where both buyers and sellers can win — but strategy matters more than ever right now.

Save this post and DM me 'MARKET' for a personalized breakdown for your specific neighborhood or price point. No pressure, just information you can actually use.

May baseball check-in: The Royals are 15-19 and I have feelings.

But here’s the thing – even when the season gets complicated, there’s nothing like baseball in Kansas City. The K on a warm May evening, the fountains lit up, this city just…comes alive. It’s one of those things that makes me remember exactly why I love living here.

This city is just different in the summer. And it starts now.

If you’re a KC transplant still figuring out whether to put down real roots here – a Royals home game should be on your list before you decide. Just saying.

Also: if you’re thinking about buying or selling this spring or summer, my DM’s are open. I’m probably watching the game, but I’ll respond.🙂

May 1 in Kansas City. Honestly, one of my favorite days of the year.

The city just ships. Everything‘s green, people are outside, there’s something happening in every neighborhood. This weekend: the Brookside art annual is backwards 40th year – 170 artists, free to attend, set in one of KC‘s most walkable, most beautiful neighborhoods. Worth every minute if you can get there.

I moved here after college and had to discover all of this on my own. Nobody told me about the main energy in this city. The way the fountains come back on, the patio is fill up, the whole metro just comes alive.

Every year I’m a little more glad I stayed.

Happy May, KC. This one’s going to be good.🌿

I get asked "is now a good time to buy or sell?" every single week.

My answer is always the same: it depends on YOUR situation. Not the national headlines. Not your neighbor's Zillow estimate. YOUR goals, YOUR timeline, YOUR finances.

This is why I do what I do. ⬇️

There's nothing quite like a message from a client after closing — when they tell you it went smoothly, that they felt taken care of, that they'd do it again. That feedback means everything to me.

Real estate can feel overwhelming. My job is to make sure it doesn't. 💛

Didn’t get my race. Did get all of this.

Spring Kansas City Real Estate market makes it very hard to stay disappointed about anything. 🌸
