The Stars and Stripes Picnic on July 4 at the National WWI Museum and Memorial is Kansas City's official Independence Day celebration and fireworks! This year, there are TWO ways to enjoy the celebration:
🎆 Penn Valley Park: a relaxed picnic experience with food trucks, portable restrooms, a dedicated sound system to hear performances and programming. Bring your own food and drinks, come and go as you please! Great hillside view of the evening fireworks. FREE to attend.
🎇 Inside FIFA Fan Festival™: Part of the official Fan Festival experience with full access to food court and beverage vendors, up close to the stage for main acts Lost Wax Band and Dj Ashton Martin, plus full programming of World Cup watch parties during the day. Free pass required to enter. Subject to capacity limits.
