Chad was selected as the Realtor of the Year by the Butler Warren Association of REALTORS (BWAOR) for 2017, is a former director on the board of the BWAOR, is a member of Ohio REALTORS (OR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Cincinnati and Dayton Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In his off time, you’ll find Chad enjoying a leisurely round of golf at one of the area's pristine country clubs or you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors while hiking. Chad feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, he believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Chad has served his community in many capacities from being an active Rotarian to collecting items for the local food pantry to contributing to local high school athletic scholarship fundraisers. He and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date, they have donated over $5 Million to the charity and built more than 19 Habitat Homes.
