Jocelyn Shay, CLA Secretary

We’re excited to continue our CLA Board Spotlight Series by introducing our Secretary, Jocelyn Shay.

Jocelyn is a Realtor® and Team Leader of Jocelyn Shay Team - Iron Valley Real Estate. She joined the Community of Lebanon Association about four years ago with a desire to become more involved in the community and give back through volunteer leadership.

Jocelyn is especially passionate about the collaboration of businesses within Lebanon. She believes that businesses of all sizes thrive when supported by a strong, connected community. She also recognizes the important role that revitalization plays in shaping the overall energy and morale of a city, helping both residents and businesses succeed.

When asked about her favorite CLA event, Jocelyn shared that the CLA Lebanon Holiday Parade 🎄 is always a highlight. Seeing so many people come together to celebrate the season is a meaningful reminder of the strength and spirit of the Lebanon community.

Outside of her work with the CLA, Jocelyn enjoys supporting local businesses, including one of her favorite spots, Quentin Tavern, known for its great food, welcoming service, and uplifting atmosphere.
