I walked through this property and kept changing my mind about what I loved most. 😅✨

The natural light is enough to make you fall in love, but the home is also only a 15 minute drive from Lake Lotowana.

⭐️ New Construction Home Hack 👇

Many of the beautiful homes you’ll see throughout our community can be built again — but this time, they can be built the way you want.

Getting involved from the beginning gives you the opportunity to work alongside your preferred builder and personalize the details that make a home feel like yours, from cabinetry and paint to lighting, finishes, and more.

With beautiful homesites still available, there’s room to choose your lot, your floor plan, and the details that bring it all together.

The Parade of Homes is the perfect excuse to come explore Foxberry Estates, tour the craftsmanship of our talented builders, and start imagining what life here could look like. 🦊🏡✨

The Kansas City Parade of Homes is almost here…and we’re counting down. 👀✨

From standout architecture to the little design details you’ll immediately want to steal for your own home, this is your chance to experience some of KC’s newest builds in person.

📆 September 19 to October 4 — save the dates!

🌦️ Rain or shine, the Parade goes on. And because Midwest weather loves a plot twist, tossing an umbrella in the car probably isn’t a bad idea. ☔️😅

👀 We’ll be sharing sneak peeks all week long featuring our Parade homes, beautiful details, and the talented builders bringing them to life. Consider this your preview…the full tour is even better. ✨

Some days ask us to slow down and remember what truly matters. 🇺🇸

This Patriot Day, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who stepped forward, and the families and communities forever changed by that day. 🙏✨

May we carry their memory with us — not only today, but in the way we show up for one another every day. ❤️🤍💙

Hard work deserves a little play. 🦊☀️

This Labor Day, we’re trading busy schedules for pool days, backyard hangs, and one more taste of summer.

Here’s to everyone who works hard all year long — we hope today feels like a well-earned break. 😌✨

Happy Labor Day from Foxberry Estates! 🏡♥️
