Wednesday Who's Who continues! This week we're spotlighting Lee Anderson! 🏡

→ How long have you been in real estate?
"February will be 20 years."

→ What made you get into real estate?
"I had known the owner - broker for many years, but my passion for real estate investing started early in my career. While attending a real estate investment show in New York City where we had a booth and were actively marketing properties, being surrounded by investors, investment opportunities, and people who were building wealth through real estate made a lasting impression on me. I knew at the time that this was something I wanted to pursue."

→ What is your favorite part of the job?
"Working closely with investors to help them build and grow their real estate portfolios, whether that means identifying the right properties, analyzing opportunities, or developing the best exit strategy to maximize their investment. For home buyers and sellers, I provide personalized guidance throughout the process—from helping clients find their dream home to developing a strategy to maximize the sale price when listing their property. My goal is to provide the experience, knowledge, and guidance clients need to make confident real estate decisions."

"Most likely would be in sales, preferably in the golf industry."⛳
