If you’ve driven down 82 lately and thought, “What are they building here now?” … here’s your answer. 👀
A HUGE Walmart-anchored shopping center is planned for the corner of SR 82 and Blackstone Drive by 2028, and it’s bringing:
☕ 7 Brew Coffee
🍔 McDonald’s
🥡 Panda Express
🌮 Taco Bell
🍟 Wendy’s
🚗 AutoZone
🧽 Mister Car Wash
🏦 Suncoast Credit Union
🦷 Heartland Dental
⛽ Walmart Fuel Station
🛒 Walmart Supercenter
And there are still several empty parcels waiting for future businesses.
Love it or hate it, SR 82 is growing FAST. The days of “there’s nothing out there” are disappearing one construction project at a time.
Now let’s get to the important question…
What are we manifesting for the remaining spaces? 👇
