Home prices reached a milestone in June. 🏡📈

For the first time on record, the median home price in the Bluegrass region reached **$300,000**, representing a 1% increase from last year.

The steady growth reflects a market that is beginning to stabilize after several years of rapid price appreciation. Year-to-date, median prices are up 3% compared to 2025.

June saw 1,952 new listings, the highest June total since 2022. Through the first half of 2026, new listings are up 9% compared to last year, giving buyers more options across the Bluegrass region.
