Pending sales continue to climb in the Bluegrass region! 📈

For the second straight month, pending sales posted double digit growth, with 1,539 homes going under contract in April, up 12% from last year and the highest April total since 2021. Pending sales are also up 9% year to date, signaling a strong and active spring market ahead. 🏡

The housing market in the Bluegrass region continued to show signs of steady activity and balanced growth, according to the latest market report released by Bluegrass Realtors®. While inventory levels improved and new listings and pending sales increased, home prices and buyer demand remained resilient heading into the spring market.

In honor of AAPI Heritage Month, we are proud to spotlight Kevin Huang and his dedication to service, community, and helping families achieve the dream of homeownership!

More than 20 years ago, Kevin Huang earned his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky before spending a year teaching as a Visiting Professor at Eastern Kentucky University. In 2016, he followed his passion for Kentucky real estate and helping families achieve homeownership by transitioning into the real estate industry. In 2019, he founded Kevin Huang Realty, which has continued to grow into a dedicated team of four Realtors® working together to provide exceptional service throughout Central Kentucky.
