Sometimes we look at everything we want to change, improve, finish or get caught up on… and the list gets so long that we end up doing absolutely none of it.

So forget the whole list for a minute.

What is ONE thing you can make better this week?

Clean out the drawer that drives you crazy.
Make the appointment you’ve been putting off.
Take the walk.
Drink more water.
Finish the project.
Call the friend.
Organize the calendar.
Go to bed a little earlier.
Finally tackle the thing you keep saying, “I’ll get to it.”

It doesn’t have to be some giant life overhaul.

Small improvements count.
Small decisions add up.
And getting ONE thing off your mental list can create enough momentum
You don’t have to get your whole life together this Monday.
