15 minutes. That’s really all it takes, and right now, Nebraska Community Blood Bank needs it more than usual.

They’re asking for close to 1,000 donors a week just to keep the supply stable, and blood can’t be manufactured, donors are the only source. One donation can help save up to three lives.

I made time to donate, and it was quick, easy, and honestly kind of a good reminder that something this small can matter this much.
