I’m not always the best at sharing how things are going in my business. I spend so much of my time focused on my clients, working behind the scenes, solving problems, and trying to get everyone else where they need to be that I sometimes forget to stop and recognize the milestones along the way.
A few months ago, I quietly crossed one that I’m incredibly proud of: $50 million in career real estate sales.
Now in my 8th year in real estate, I can honestly say I have been incredibly blessed. When I made the decision to leave the career I knew and take a chance on real estate, there were certainly no guarantees that it would work out the way it has.
First and foremost, I give thanks to God. I know that the opportunities I’ve been given, the people who have been placed in my path, and the success I’ve experienced are all blessings. There have been plenty of challenges and uncertain moments along the way, but God has continued to provide and open doors, and I’m incredibly grateful for where He has led me and my family.
I also especially want to thank my wife Cynthia Sara Sheppa. She supported me and believed in me when I decided to make that change, and she has continued to support me through all the long days, late-night phone calls, weekends, interrupted dinners, and everything else that comes with this business. I couldn’t have made this journey without her beside me.
Also, thank you to everyone at Leslie Cain Realty! We truly are like a family and I love being part of such an amazing group of people!
And, of course, none of this happens without the people who have allowed me to serve them throughout the years. Every transaction represents someone who chose to put their trust in me, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m incredibly thankful for every client, referral, friend, and family member who has supported my business along the way.
$50 million is a number I’m proud of, but the people, relationships, and blessings behind that number mean far more to me.
Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to do something I truly enjoy. I’m excited to see where God leads us in the years ahead!
