🟠 The orange/pink section is the Meadowview Crossing neighborhood and there are a variety of floorplans to choose from in this neighborhood ranging from 1207-1550 sqft with the approximate price range of $255,000-$320,000

🟢 The green section is the Ridgeview Crossing neighborhood and houses are around 1550-1906sqft with an approximate price range of $307,000-$400,000.

🔵 The blue/purple section is the Clearview Crossing neighborhood and houses in that neighborhood are 1900sqft and larger, and are starting at $400,000.
