Before we set sail on our cruise, we had one more important mission to accomplish... getting this wonderful first-time homebuyer to the closing table! 🚢➡️🏠

She had a very specific wish list, a budget to stay within, and one non-negotiable: she wanted to remain close to the school where she teaches here in our community. We looked at quite a few homes together, but nothing felt quite right until we walked through the front door of this one.

The moment we stepped inside, we knew. It checked every box.

Not only is the home beautiful, but the location is incredible. It's just minutes from her school, and the neighborhood itself is exactly what I love to see when helping buyers make one of the biggest investments of their lives. Some transactions test every bit of strategy, communication, patience, and problem-solving you have… and THIS was one for the record books 😅

Today we officially closed not ONE, not TWO, but THREE connected transactions all on the SAME day.

✔️ Sold this home
✔️ Represented the buyer on the purchase
✔️ Helped the seller secure and close on their next home

Coordinating both sides of a sale while simultaneously managing a new purchase with multiple lenders, title companies, timelines, moving pieces, and deadlines all needing to align perfectly is no small task. Let’s just say I think everyone involved earned a few extra gray hairs on this one 😂

But this is exactly why experience, communication, relationships, and problem-solving matter in real estate.

This seller interviewed FIVE agents before deciding who to trust with the sale of her home, and I’m so grateful she chose me to get the job done.

This closing means a lot to me for so many reasons. First, I am incredibly grateful to the friend who trusted me enough to refer these seller to me. Referrals like this never go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the confidence and support.

This sale definitely came with some challenges. The market shifted significantly in this immediate area while we were listed, and the home sat longer than any of us expected.
