FirstHome has 2 programs:

Up to $20,000 for First Time Home Buyers
25% of the Purchase Price of the home, up to $93,150 for First Generation Buyers (people who have never owned a home and their parents have never owned a home)
The City of St Paul is Not included in this program. The eligible cities are:

Gem Lake

Lauderdale

Little Canada

Maplewood

Mounds View

New Brighton

North Oaks

Roseville

Saint Anthony

Shoreview

Vadnais Heights

White Bear Lake

The Maximum Home Sales Price is $372,600
