Little Elm address. Frisco ISD. Yes, both can be true.

It’s a question buyers ask, and the answer comes down to something that isn’t always obvious when you’re searching for a home: city boundaries and school district boundaries are not the same thing.

Monarch Homes TX is located in Little Elm, while this area is served by Frisco Independent School District. In fact, Frisco ISD officially encompasses portions of several neighboring cities, including Little Elm.

So when you see a Little Elm address at Monarch paired with Frisco ISD, there isn’t a mistake. You can have the Little Elm location, convenient access to Frisco and everything growing around this part of North Texas, while being within Frisco ISD boundaries.

It’s also a good reminder that when you’re buying a home, don’t assume the school district based on the city written in the address. Verify the district and current attendance zones for the specific property you’re considering.

Remember the 120-acre Frisco park we told you about this summer? It’s opening THIS WEEKEND. 🌳

Back in July, we shared a look at Northwest Community Park and what was coming just minutes from Monarch Homes TX. Now buyers and homeowners won’t have to wait much longer.

Northwest Community Park officially opens Saturday, September 19, bringing 120 acres of outdoor recreation to this growing part of Frisco.
