As your Transaction Coordinator, there are a few things I’ll always tell you. 😉
I’d rather you ask me than guess. I’d rather know about a change immediately than discover it three days later. I’d rather have the full story when you hand me a file, especially if something unusual has already happened.
I’m going to follow up when something is outstanding, and sometimes I’m going to follow up again. And when something requires your expertise, your decision, or your relationship with the client, I’m going to bring you in.
After managing hundreds of transactions, I’ve learned that a strong Agent + TC partnership isn’t created by eliminating communication. It’s created by better communication. ✨
I want my Realtors to know what I’m responsible for, what still belongs with them, when I need their attention, and when they can confidently step away because I’ve got it handled.
You shouldn’t have to manage behind me to make sure I’m doing my job. And I shouldn’t have to guess about decisions or changes you’ve already made.
When both sides understand their roles, the transaction becomes a whole lot easier to manage...and ultimately creates a better experience for the client, too. 🙌

Choose wisely, friends. ✨

With over 18 years in the Real Estate industry, I’ve had a front-row seat to just about every situation you can imagine. And somehow, there’s always a new one.

When I look back at the transactions that felt the most stressful, most of them came down to the same thing: a breakdown with a third party.
A lender who went quiet.
A title company that didn’t communicate.
An appraiser who... did appraiser things. (IYKYK)

We all have off days. That's part of being human.

But that’s also why having the right circle matters.

The best advice I’ve ever gotten in this business is as unglamorous as it is true:
“Everything is figure-out-able.”

And I say that now as someone who's seen enough plot twists to fill a book.
There’s always a path forward - sometimes messy, sometimes clean - but a path nonetheless.

So when that “oh no” feeling starts to creep in, remember this:
