Good news! The pool is now OPEN! 🎉

Our maintenance team was able to clear the clog, complete the necessary repairs, and stabilize the chemical levels. Thank you for your patience while we worked to get everything back up and running.

As a reminder:
✅ Pool closes at 8:00 PM
✅ Pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance
✅ Pool wristbands are required at all times
✅ Maximum of 2 guests per household with guest wristbands obtained from the office
✅ No food or drinks inside the pool area
✅ Proper swim attire is required
✅ Children under 16 must be accompanied by someone 16 or older

Please remember that everyone signed the Pool Rules and Regulations at move-in. We will be monitoring the pool area throughout the week and weekends to ensure everyone can safely enjoy this amenity.

📢 POOL CLOSURE NOTICE 📢

Due to repeated violations of pool rules, including food and drinks in the pool area, improper swim attire, unauthorized guests, and use after posted hours, the pool is temporarily closed until further notice.

The pool filtration system requires repairs and additional chemical treatment to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

We understand this is disappointing, especially for those who follow the community rules, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Management will be reviewing camera footage, and lease violations will be issued where applicable.

We will provide updates as soon as the pool is ready to reopen.

Thank you for your cooperation and helping us keep our community amenities clean and safe.

We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time at the pool! Please remember:

✅ Maximum of 2 guests per household (guest wristbands required)
✅ Bring your pool keychain pass
✅ Proper swimwear only
✅ Anyone under 16 must be supervised by someone 16 or older
❌ No food or drinks in the pool
❌ No glass containers
⏰ Pool closes at 10:00 PM nightly & is closed on Mondays

Residents who do not follow pool rules may receive a lease violation, and repeated violations may result in loss of pool privileges.
