Spent last week in Austin, TX at Keller Williams headquarters and left feeling energized, challenged, and incredibly grateful.
One thing I appreciate about Keller Williams is that the focus has never just been on real estate transactions. It’s about people. Helping agents grow. Helping families build better lives. Helping leaders become better leaders.
We had some great conversations around the market and where the industry is headed, but the biggest takeaway for me was the emphasis on growth, leadership, and serving others at a higher level. Learning from people like Jay Papasan, Jason Abrams, and Wendi Harrelson was a huge reminder that success in this business starts with investing in people first.
I’m thankful to be surrounded by people and an organization that continue to push me to grow personally and professionally.
