With winter approaching, it’s time to prepare your home for the colder months ahead! Follow this checklist to ensure that your home stays warm and safe:

1. Check and clean gutters and downspouts.
2. Inspect your heating system; change filters if needed.
3. Seal any drafts around windows and doors.
4. Schedule a chimney inspection.
5. Winterize outdoor faucets and hoses.
6. Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
7. Stock up on winter supplies (salt, shovels, etc.).

Taking these steps now will save you from costly repairs later and create a cozy home through the chilly season. 🏠✨

This easy pasta recipe is packed with vitamin-rich spinach and healthy salmon tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients:
- ½ box spaghetti
- 1 salmon fillet
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup spinach, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wrap the salmon fillet in aluminum foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
3. In the meantime, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and sauté the spinach until it wilts. Add in the cream cheese and garlic, and whisk until smooth. Add in the milk in small increments, and whisk until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
4. Toss the spaghetti with the sauce, and season with the salt.
5. Remove the salmon from the oven, flake it with a fork, and add it to the pasta mixture. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if desired.
