Another home sold in Fairway Bay and how I earned a beach day. Congratulations to buyers and sellers. It was my pleasure to represent this property. It is not always a straight line from contract to closing. This one had many zig zags mostly related to plumbing! 😱 This is a critical time to keep a deal together. Repairs, dealing with vendors, having patience, understanding of how homes work and especially how condos work was key in getting to finish line on this one. My vendor list is deep and we had some great guys to call on to help us make repairs without breaking the bank. Another successful closing. Seller and buyer happy. Yes, earned a beach day on this one! 🏖️

Got to see a small venue performance of The Coastal Reefers, Jimmy Buffett’s original band, following Occupational Hazard documentary about the band at the Sarasota Film Festival is just fantastic. This was a highlight!
