Mary Lou Clendenin, Broker Associate I started in the real estate industry in 1983 after graduating from Texas Tech Univ. I have served as the 2006 president of the Longview Area Assoc.

with a minor in Real Estate and served 7 years as a title closer/branch manager for 2 major title companies in Corpus Christi, TX. I started back actively selling real estate in 1990, and in 1995 opened my own real estate company in Corpus Christi. of Realtors (LAAR); have held numerous board positions, and I am currently serving on the MLS committee for LAAR. Over these years I have continued to

grow in experience and accreditations within the real estate profession. I have been a top producer multiple times and have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Realtor. These achievements are credited to my work ethic, a supportive family, and my faith in God. On a personal note, my family and I have lived in Longview since 1999. My husband, Art is a civil engineer and we enjoy riding his Harley, water sports, serving our church family, and spending time with our 3 adult daughters, son-in-law, and 3 granddaughters.
