I met one of these amazing buyers in what feels like a lifetime ago in my previous career with Starbucks in San Francisco. Both of our careers evolved and took us to different cities with new roles. Fast forward 15years, Amy reached out with a new goal in mind and that included a move to Southern California! I couldn’t be more excited to see her again and help support this transition. We wrote one offer on one property, beat out 4 other buyers who also fell in love with this home (I mean, who wouldn’t) and 21 days later the keys are theirs!!

It’s amazing how life sometimes comes back full circle. It’s just another reminder that you never know who you might meet, what it may or may not bring and what’s in store for you in the future.

All real estate closings are sooooo much fun and this one definitely did not disappoint. Champagne service at the 6th hole of Virginia Country Club is pretty fitting for some great people I met through golf.
The Giffins approached me with a plan to transform the family home before listing. It had been rented and was needing updating. I’ll post the before and after of that later, but in 3 months we executed a cosmetic transformation and the results speak for itself. Multiple offers with a full price, 21 day escrow. Can’t thank my construction team enough for working their tails off 6 days a week to make it happen.
They say to dream big and create the life you want. Our days are numbered and nothing is permanent so how do you want to spend your days? ⛳️🏡
