Mission Valley Mall in San Diego is transforming into something new. To mark the property’s evolution, the center is being renamed The Valley, a reflection of its place at the convergence of several vibrant local communities. In partnership with Real Capital Solutions, a new vision is taking shape as we transform the 1.1-million-square-foot retail center into a dynamic lifestyle village, with refreshed common areas and plazas designed to create an engaging experience for visitors.
As part of this reimagination, California’s first DICK’S House of Sport will join the growing roster of top-tier tenants at The Valley. The 158,000-square-foot concept will occupy the former May Company building, making it one of the largest House of Sport locations in the country, breathing life into a long-vacant part of San Diego’s retail history.
With construction underway and additional phases to come, we’re excited to help shape a destination where retail meets experience, and bring a new era of Mission Valley to life.
