We close that gap.

When docs go live, we alert the notary immediately. If they haven't downloaded by a certain point, we follow up. If they haven't printed, we check in again.

Every state has its own notary laws, witness requirements, attorney rules, and licensing standards.

We know the differences — and we apply them automatically on every order.

So when a Florida deed comes in, we know 2 witnesses are required.
When Maryland pops up, we confirm TPL licensing.
When it's an attorney state, we verify coverage before booking.

Cash out refinances aren't like standard signings — and the notary requirements reflect that.

For cash out refis, the notary often needs access to a title company or attorney's office to close in. They can't sign at the kitchen table.

This means:
🏢 Notary must have a Title Company or Attorneys Office available
💬 Room fee is typically part of their quoted fee
📍 Location needs to be confirmed before booking

If your cash out refi has special requirements, send them our way with as much lead time as possible. The more we know upfront, the smoother the closing goes.
