Our Elevate at Topside team had the pleasure of stopping by the City of Alcoa Police & Fire Departments for a little outreach and, more importantly, to say THANK YOU for everything they do to keep our community safe.

We brought along some sweet treats as a small token of our appreciation for the incredible men and women who serve our community every day. We are so grateful to have such dedicated first responders right here in Alcoa! 🥰

Meet the Team: Megan Yagnich 👋

Hi, everyone! I'm Megan, the Community Director here at Elevate at Topside!

Born and raised right here in Maryville, I've had the privilege of being part of Elevate at Topside since the very beginning. Watching this community come to life has been such a rewarding experience, and it's truly one of my babies. I love helping create a place our residents are proud to call home!

When I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my babies and my fur baby, Moose. If I'm getting a little downtime, I'm probably curled up with a good book—currently rereading the A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) series—or out enjoying a bowl of pork belly ramen.

I'm so grateful to be part of the Elevate at Topside family and look forward to continuing to welcome new residents to our amazing community. Be sure to stop by and say hello!

Hi, everyone! I'm Zuly, the Assistant Community Director here at Elevate at Topside!

I'm originally from the New Orleans area and have been working in the apartment industry for over three years. I love helping people find a place they're excited to call home and making sure our residents have the best experience possible.

When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me at home curled up on the couch watching a trashy reality TV show with my dog, Chico Baby, or having a dance party to Bad Bunny with him. 🐶🎶

I'm so excited to be part of the Elevate at Topside team and look forward to meeting both our current and future residents. If you see me around the community, be sure to stop by and say hello!

Hi, everyone! I'm Madeline, one of the Leasing Consultants here at Elevate at Topside! I recently got married this past June and moved back to East Tennessee from Nashville in July. I'm originally from Powell, TN, and graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing.
When I'm not in the office helping people find their new home, you'll usually find me spending time at the lake, curled up with a good book, painting, or getting a workout in. I'm also a proud pet mom to my mini Goldendoodle, Maisie, and my cat, Love!
