Somewhere along the way, interest rates became the main character in every homebuying conversation.

And yes, they matter.

But one number shouldn’t be the only thing determining whether you buy a home.

The better question is: does buying right now make sense for your finances, your plans, and the life you’re trying to build?

An interest rate can tell you part of the cost. It can’t tell you whether you’ve outgrown your current space, how long you plan to stay, what opportunities are available in the Louisville market, or whether a monthly payment comfortably fits your life.

That’s why I’d rather help you look at the entire picture than sit around waiting for one “perfect” number to tell you it’s time.
