1️⃣ Get pre-approved before you start looking.
Knowing your budget upfront helps you shop confidently—and when the right house hits the market, you’re ready to make an offer.

2️⃣ The perfect house probably doesn’t exist.
Focus on the things you can’t easily change: location, layout, lot, and overall condition. Paint colors, fixtures, and cosmetic updates can always come later!

3️⃣ Your Realtor should be involved from the very beginning. You don’t have to figure this out alone! A good agent can connect you with trusted lenders, help you understand the Louisville real estate market, schedule showings, spot potential concerns, negotiate your offer, and guide you all the way to closing.

$13 MILLION 🤍 And somehow, that number still doesn’t feel like the biggest part of this milestone.

Behind every dollar is a person, a family, a move, a new beginning, a hard decision, or a really exciting next chapter and I’ve been lucky enough to be trusted to be part of it.

Hitting $13 million in sales this year is incredibly rewarding, but more than anything, it makes me feel grateful. Congratulations to my sweet sellers on officially closing this chapter! 🤍

About two years ago, I had the privilege of helping them purchase this home, and since then, it became the place where they made so many memories — including welcoming their beautiful baby girl. 🥹💕 That definitely makes this sale a little bittersweet!

A new job has relocated their family out of state, and while I know Louisville will miss them, I also know they’ll settle in, make their new city feel like home, and create so many special memories in this next season.

There is truly no greater compliment in this business than having past clients trust me again. I’m so thankful they gave me the opportunity to walk alongside them for both the buying AND selling chapters of this home. 🏡
