We had a fantastic time this morning at Coffee with Colleagues! Thank you to the LAA Associate Council for planning this successful event - it never fails to impress, and our members genuinely look forward to this opportunity each quarter!

Thank you to the The Belle at Cedar Creek for hosting us in their beautiful clubhouse - we really enjoyed touring this stunning new property. We'd also like to thank Andes Roofing for sponsoring the coffee truck - it definitely helped to start the day off right! ☕

What a turnout today for our Maintenance Appreciation event!

We welcomed 100+ LAA Maintenance Members for afternoon of lunch, prizes, and plenty of fun! It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the hardworking maintenance professionals who do so much for their communities. To our Maintenance heroes - thank you for all that you do!

Thank you to The Overlook at St Thomas Apartments for graciously hosting us in their beautiful clubhouse today! We would also like to thank the LAA Associate Council for sponsoring the event, and several of our Associate members for donating prizes. This event is truly a success because of you!

We had an absolute brain-buster tonight at our annual Trivia Night! Thank you to our event sponsors, Apartments.com and RiteRug Flooring Property Management for making the event possible. We'd also like to thank the LAA Outreach Committee for putting on yet another wonderful event to benefit our community!

Congratulations to our big winners - PRG Real Estate for best table theme (The Fast & The Curious) and overall trivia winners - Multiple "Score"gasms! We're already looking forward to next year...we'll see everyone again at Saints!
