Negotiated contracts, attended home inspections, met contractors to make repairs, attended listing appointments, put together closing baskets, provided staging reports for my sellers, decorated my kitchen table 4 times for a blog, marketing planning with the team for the rest of the year, wrote handwritten notes to clients, baked cakes and delivered dinners to clients and friends, delivered gifts to new babies, cohosted a new grandma shower, AND loved on my precious family.
