One question we’ve heard more than any other is: “Do you stage occupied homes?” Today, we’re excited to announce that our answer is officially YES.

We’re now bringing the same design eye you know and trust to homes where sellers are still cooking dinner, working remotely, and getting kids out the door every morning.

We’ve always offered occupied consultations, which will remain one of our core offerings. What’s new is that our occupied consultations will now be coupled with the option to supplement sellers’ existing furnishings with our curated staging inventory. The goal is to highlight what makes the home special and create warm, inviting spaces that photograph beautifully, and help buyers picture their own lives there.

Thank you for asking us again and again. We heard you. With vacant and occupied staging services all under one roof, we can now meet each of your clients wherever they are.
