**Now Hiring: Leasing Agent – Apex Villas**

Apex Villas is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Leasing Agent to join our team! As the first point of contact for our residents, future residents, and vendors, you are truly the heartbeat of our company.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule:**

* Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM -REQUIRED
(You will receive one half-day off during the week of your choice.)

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Answering phones and responding to inquiries
* Touring prospective residents
* Social media and resident communication
* Filing and general office duties
* Assisting with resident relations and customer service

**Experience Preferred But Not Required:**

* Leasing
* Social media management
* Mass communication
* Public relations/customer service

We are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong people skills.

**Dress Code:** Business Casual

Do not leave the gate propped.
Pick up your new keyfob before Saturday.
No glass in the pool or surrounding area.
No pets in the pool area.
Check our our grilling set up in our outdoor kitchen too!

Did you know that there is a small difference between the upstairs and downstairs units for Apex Phase Two One Bedroom units? The layout might be the same, but there is a difference; downstairs units come with a walk in shower and upstairs comes with a traditional bathtub!
