James 4: 7-8 remind us that the closer we draw to God, the less room we give the enemy to work in our lives. When we resist the devil and turn away from the ways of the world, he loses the easy access he once had to our hearts, minds, and decisions. Living for God means we are choosing to strenghten our relationship with him instead of feeding the things that pull us away.

Choose God over the world, protect what you allow into your life, and continue striving to live in a way that brings you closer to him.

Collosians 3:22-24 remind us that work is not always just about the money. Sometimes God places us in certain positions to help us grow spiritually, strengthen our charcater, and learn how to serve others with sincerity and purpose. We are called to work wholeheartedly, not simply for recognition or financial reward, but as unto the lord. Money is temporary, but the spiritual growth, wisdom, and inheritance that come faithfully from serving God are far greater than anything this world can offer.

The Lord is always near. When worries, fear, and trouble begin to feel overwhelming, lean on him and pray. He hears every cry, carries every burden, and has a way of bringing light into even the darkest situations. What feels impossible to us is never too much for God. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and remember that He can give you peace even before the situation changes.

🌿Scripture of the Week🌿

Sometimes self reliance can become a form of pride. We convince ourselves that we have to figure everything out on our own, make every decsion ourselves, and already know the next step. But God never asked us to have all the answers. He asks us to trust him.
When we stop leaning solely on our own understanding and acknowledge God in everything we do, he gives us direction, wisdom, and strategy for the path ahead. What may seem confusing to us is already clear to him.
Surrender doesnt mean doing nothing. It means seeking God first and allowing him to guide what we do next.
