Gavin Park Apartments will have an opening very soon! These cute little one bedroom semi detached bunaglows duplexes are comfy, quiet and well maintained. Each shares only a single non bedroom wall AND come with W/D hook ups, plenty of storage and unit specific HVAC and WaterHeater!

Gavin Park apartments is a Fair Housing Compliant Community, we provide income based housing opportunities for Seniors (62+) and Adults on permanent disability.

These one bedroom units are in a quiet 🚭 no smoking community.

Landscaping, pest control, landscaping, and maintenance are provided.

Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, W/D hook ups, HVAC, ceiling fans, storm doors, a locking mail box, and plenty of storage space.

Access to the community room and the outdoor picnic areas are free to tenants.

Plenty of parking is provided for each unit, and vehicle registry is easy.

Tenants are responsible for utilities, phone, tv, and internet as well as providing their own Washer and Dryer.

Security deposit is $250.00 and Rent is never more than 30% of a tenant's fixed income.

Qualified applicants will:
*Be 62+ years of age, or on permanent disability.
* Pay a $25 application fee, that covers the costs for criminal and credit background checks.
* Provide State ID and a Social Security card for ID verification.
* Pass all background checks.
* Complete the application.
* Provide current proof of fixed income of no more than $24,250 annually (the mandated standard for our income based housing)
Once placed on the wait list applicants will receive a phone call as soon as a unit is available to them.
Cedarwood Apartments are not family housing, or zero income housing or emergency housing.
