“ My partner and I spent over a year trying to purchase a home to no avail. We talked it through and decided that we wanted to part ways with the realtor and broker we had been working with. We took a break and were very downtrodden and disappointed in the process. When we decided to finally dip a toe back into the housing search process, we met Lauren Stark on an impromptu showing we went to in April.
I am so thankful we were brought together that day! My husband and I immediately connected with Lauren and were really impressed with not only how knowledgeable and communicative she is, but also how transparent and down to earth she is. We met Lauren in April and closed on our first home in July.
Throughout the entire chaotic and stressful process Lauren was there to answer the many questions we had, help coordinate showings, the appraisal, and was with us every step of the way. When things would get hard, Lauren was there with support, kind words, and a plan of action. She consistently made us laugh and was so easy to joke around with and to be ourselves with!
