This house is about to get a whole new look, and I can’t wait to see it!

Julie and I used to work together, and I’m so happy she and Jody are moving back to madison!

These two love a good project, so they were on the hunt for a fixer-upper they could really make their own. And they found one in lovely Nakoma 💞

Congrats Julie + Jody!! So glad I got to be a small part of your move 🥰

This one was extra special 🥹

Helping friends find a home is always such an honor. This one checked every box for their fam - and the kiddos are already so excited about their new rooms!

Congratulations, friends!! I’m so happy for you and feel incredibly lucky that I got to be a part of it 💞

3 bed, 1.5 bath on the far west side and it’s giving all the right things!

brick fireplace with a built in home office tucked right next to it…. a huge finished basement for whatever you need the space for… a fully fenced in yard with a privacy deck…?? yes to all of it.

new carpet in the bedrooms + a newly updated bathroom mean you get to move in and just… actually enjoy your home.

steps from manchester park, down the street from the ice age trail, and minutes to some of my favorite spots like barriques and quivey’s grove - the location is as good as the house.

come see it tomorrow, 8/22 from 11am - 12:30pm! can’t make it? Comment “WESTIN” and I’ll DM you the link 🏡

Another happy closing in Maple Bluff 🏡

My clients purchased this home for their daughter to live in while she’s here in Madison, and it truly feels like the perfect spot for her - tucked into a great neighborhood on the north side and close to so many fun places to eat, grab coffee and hang out.

One of my favorite parts of this one was when she brought a group of friends along to the first showing. It was so cool to watch them walk through the house together, talk everything over and genuinely rally around her as she made a big decision. She has a pretty great crew here in Madison 🤘

Did you know there’s a bagel shop hidden inside an office building on Baldwin??

You order Mermaid Kitchen Madison bagels ahead of time, walk into what feels like a completely random building to pick them up, and leave with some of the best bagels in Madison.

And yes, I have a listing (coming soon! 👀) one block away. Being able to walk to Mermaid Bagels feels like a pretty major selling point to me.

PSA - don’t sleep on their scallion cream cheese when you place your order 🥯
