🏡 Congratulations to Emily and Jake on selling their home! ❤️

We first started looking at homes together back in May of 2023, but none of them ever felt quite right. Sometimes life has a way of leading us down a path we never expected, and this year they made the incredible decision to follow their hearts instead.

They purchased a custom trailer that's been beautifully converted into a home, sold their house, and are now setting off to travel the country with no deadlines, no schedule, and no limits—just the freedom to explore and make memories together.

I couldn't be happier for them. It takes an incredible amount of courage to step away from the conventional path and chase a dream that's uniquely your own. Emily and Jake are two of the kindest, most genuine, and humble people I've ever had the privilege of working with, and I'm so grateful they trusted me to be part of this chapter in their lives.

🏡 Congratulations to Samantha on purchasing her very first home! ❤️

It's hard to believe where this journey started. The very first home we toured was...memorable, to say the least. From tree roots growing through the pool walls to light switches that didn't work and a fridge that looked like it might fall through the floor, it needed just about everything repaired or replaced.

Fast forward to today, and she found the one. ✨ A beautifully updated home filled with charm, sitting on a spacious corner lot surrounded by mature trees. It has the peaceful feeling of country living while still being just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and downtown Madison.

I'm so incredibly happy for Samantha, her hubby, and their cats as they begin this exciting new chapter. I can't wait for them to fill this home with laughter, love, and countless memories for years to come.
