What is a Tax Lien Auction??

FAQ's: (1). What is a Tax Lien? It is just that a LIEN on the property.
(2.) How quickly do I get access to the property? YOU DON'T!!! It is a Lien on the Property. You are NOT purchasing the property. (3). If I win the bid how do I pay? THE DAY of the Auction you MUST pay by: Wire, Cash or Certified Funds (4). How soon do I have to pay? THE DAY OF THE AUCTION, but NO sooner than 2 hours after the Auction ends and 1 HOUR PRIOR to the Close of Business.
