Congratulations to my buyers on finalizing their building contract for their beautiful new home! 🏡✨

They’ll be going turnkey with a great local builder, a decision that was a long time in the making. I’m so happy they took their time, explored their options, and waited until they found the right path and felt completely confident moving forward!

Guiding clients through the new construction process has become one of my favorite parts of this business. There are so many moving pieces and different paths to new construction, from choosing between builders to spec, turnkey, semi-custom and fully custom homes. With more of my buyers choosing new construction lately, I’ve loved continuing to grow my knowledge and experience with different builders and processes.

✨ JUST SOLD!! ✨

A huge congratulations to Jessie and Brandon on finding their perfect forever home! 🎉

This one was a long time in the making. Over the past two years, we searched for a property that truly fit their family's lifestyle: a place surrounded by nature, room to roam, and a home where they could put down roots and create lasting memories.

As I so often see in real estate, things always seem to work out for the best! Not only did they find the peaceful setting they had been dreaming of, but they also ended up with the incredible bonus of being on the water!

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know my clients beyond the transaction. Over the years, I had the opportunity to watch their family grow, which makes celebrating this milestone even more special! 🫶

Hello May 🌸 The market has picked up surprisingly quickly over the past couple of weeks!

✨ New listings are coming on at a pace we haven’t seen yet this year, up roughly 15–20% year over year across South Central WI.

✨ Pending sales have picked up as well, up roughly 10–20% compared to last year, so homes are moving.

I’ve seen this firsthand with a busy week of showings leading to multiple accepted offers, and heading into another full weekend of showings!

Things are still competitive with multiple offers in many cases, but it’s great to see buyers finally having more options. A very promising spring market for both sellers and buyers overall 🙌
