If you want to buy or sell land, especially hunting land shouldn’t it be important that your agent is knowledgeable with it? Do they know the different species of trees? Do they even know the difference beteeen a hardwood and softwood? The difference can mean tens of thousands of dollars in value. Whats the soil quality? Can they identify quality deer habitat ? Do they even have boots to walk through the property with you?

I’m well versed in all of the above plus so much more that can be involved with land sales.

Had a great day on the range, supporting the missions of Midstate Technical College and their support of students in need. EXIT Realty CW came out with a bang! Bryan Radlinger led the way with scores of 23, 21, and 24 for a total of 68 out of 75 targets hit. Great to be a part of our community!!!

One easy thing a homeowner can do is to pressure wash their homes. Not only does it look better it shows that you take pride in what you own. I just finished pressure washing my home and it was filthy from this springs crazy pollen season. It’s not that tough of a task and stores have washers to rent. When selling a home an agent should be helping you understand easy tasks to do to make your house more attractive to potential buyers.

Picking a real estate agent to represent you is often a popularity contest. Does your agent know the ins and outs of home construction and value? Are they willing to put a pair of boots on and hike through the woods and are able to identify the different types of trees and direct you in finding the value? Do they know what a chain or a bolt more cruiser stick is? Are they able to discern the types of vegetation valuable to wildlife? Soil types? Do they have the means to help guide you through the potential of keeping it rather than selling? Very few can answer yes to these questions. I met Jordan back when I was teaching science. As a sophomore he enjoyed my class so much that it did not matter to him what I taught, he wanted to take the class.
