The Cedars Fall Festival was everything we could have hoped for: great people, a wonderful sense of community, delicious food, live music, and the kind of whether that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Of course!

High Meadow Developoment deed restrictions do allow outbuildings, including detached garages and workshops. Accessory buildings have additional setback requirements and may require additional landscaping to meet community restrictions.
