We hosted our first pizza party here at Executive Office Link this afternoon and it was exactly what we hoped it would be.

A couple dozen people came through, some grabbed a slice and headed back to their office, some stuck around and just talked for a while, and Blair was right in the middle of it all making sure everyone felt welcome. That's just who he is.

There's something that happens when you put a group of people who are all building something together in the same room with no agenda other than good food and good conversation.

John is a financial advisor right here at Executive Office Link in Malvern and he has built his entire practice around one simple idea. He treats every client like family. That means he only recommends what he would put his own parents into, which by the way, he actually does their accounts too.

We hear this story more than any other. Tomorrow, Thursday May 21, there are three things happening worth putting on your radar.

1. The Middle Market Business Growth Summit runs from 7:30 to 10:30am and is built specifically for small to mid-sized business owners looking for new ways to grow and scale.

2. The State of Education Breakfast at West Chester University that same morning focuses on workforce development, internships, and the local talent pipeline, which matters if you are hiring or planning to.

3. The Society of Professional Women is hosting a lunch and workshop on leadership clarity and managing overwhelm, also on May 21 from 11am to 1:30pm.

Every second Thursday of the month a small group of professionals inside this building sit down together in our boardroom for real conversations about their businesses, their challenges, and how they can support each other.
