Denkai is also working to help owners access more affordable orthopedic surgeries for their pets whenever staffing, funding, equipment, and surgical partnerships allow. These procedures can be financially out of reach for many families. Our goal is to create realistic options that relieve pain, restore mobility, and allow pets to remain with the people who love them.
Bringing Veterinary Care Into the Community
Transportation, distance, financial hardship, and limited veterinary availability prevent many pets throughout the Four Corners from receiving even basic preventive care.
Denkai is now scheduling low-cost vaccination and wellness clinics throughout Colorado and New Mexico, bringing veterinary services directly to rural communities, tribal communities, and families with limited income or transportation.
Visit our website to view scheduled clinics: https://denkaisanctuary.org/mobile-clinics-low-cost
These clinics may offer:
Low-cost vaccinations
Microchipping
Deworming
Flea and tick treatment
Heartworm and tick-borne disease testing
Parvovirus testing
Basic wellness services
Education and preventive-care resources
By meeting families where they are, we can prevent disease, identify medical concerns earlier, protect community health, and help keep beloved pets safely in their homes.
Corporate and Community Partners Needed
Denkai is a nonprofit organization, and this work cannot be sustained through low-cost service fees alone. We depend upon grants, individual contributions, corporate partnerships, donated supplies, medications, veterinary equipment, and community support.
We are actively seeking businesses, manufacturers, foundations, and community organizations willing to sponsor:
Rural and reservation wellness clinics
Vaccines, microchips, dewormers, and flea and tick preventatives
Heartworm and diagnostic testing
Spay and neuter services
Emergency and orthopedic procedures
Veterinary medications and medical supplies
Diagnostic and surgical equipment
Transportation and fuel for field clinics
Care for pets whose owners cannot afford the full cost of treatment
Corporate partners may support an entire clinic, sponsor a specific service, donate products or equipment, establish a matching-gift campaign, or underwrite care for animals and families in need. In-kind donations of usable veterinary equipment, non-expired medications, medical supplies, pet food, and operational necessities are also deeply appreciated.
Every contribution helps Denkai keep veterinary care within reach and allows a pet to receive treatment before a manageable condition becomes a painful or life-threatening emergency.
Support Accessible Veterinary Care
