The latest reports show continued strength in the Beach Cities and Beverly Hills. Manhattan Beach home values are up 9.8% year over year, Hermosa Beach is up 6.1%, and Beverly Hills is up 9%. Hollywood is down 2.2%, while West Hollywood rents remain nearly flat.
