What a great opportunity for Cedar Hill buyers!

Eligible residents may qualify for 3.5% in down payment assistance, up to approximately $14,000, with no repayment required. The program also currently offers a 5.85% fixed-rate mortgage.

Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if homeownership is part of your plans, take a look and see if this program could help you get there.

Great news!

Mortgage rates fell this week to their lowest level in more than a month, with Freddie Mac reporting the average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage declined to 6.47% from 6.52% the previous week. MORE BELOW ⬇️

I lived in Cedar Hill for the first 13 years as a Texan! It was the most comparable in terms of terrain and nature activities from growing up on the east coast! I still believe it's the most scenic and explorational part of Dallas County for us nature lovers!
