524 W Main Street in Maple Shade is SOLD!

Grateful for the employees, subcontractors, and agents who helped push this flip across the finish line. Not every project is a home run—this house threw us a few surprises that cut into the margins.

Once we opened things up, it was clear the right move for the future homeowner was a full re-plumb, full rewire, and all new ductwork. Buyers don’t always see what’s behind the walls, but we take pride in delivering solid, safe homes that stand the test of time.

On to the next one.

NEW FLIP ACQUISITION: Chapel Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ

We picked up a 1,400 SF single-story rancher this week. We are excited to get started on this one!

THE PROPERTY: 3 bed, 1 bath in an established neighborhood. Solid structure with good bones. Needs some work, but that’s what we do.

THE PLAN: 14-day from start renovation timeline with a $20K budget. Focus is on interior paint, new carpet, electrical updates, and a complete cleanout. Keeping it straightforward with quality improvements that buyers actually care about.

THE GOAL: Targeting an ARV around $360K-$370K based on recent comps in the area. Hoping the numbers work out as planned.

This is always the exciting part - taking a property with potential and bringing it back to life. Crews start next week.

6 months ago, we opened the doors to a fully renovated, reimagined laundromat in Pemberton Township. We designed Kay’s to be clean, modern, and efficient—and it’s been a hit.

Here’s what’s worked (and what we’ll take into location #2):
• Cleanliness is non-negotiable. It sets the tone and keeps people coming back.
• Equipment quality matters—we invested in the best, and it paid off.
• Good parking = more customers. Never underestimate convenience.
