What a happy day for my amazing clients that got to close on a new construction home today. From the starting point of pricing out a home to the pre-drywall walk through to the final closing walks and home orientation, I got to complete all the steps by their side and watch the progression of their new home being built from start to finish. I also got to experience their eyes light up and feel their excitement when they saw what was once only a picture on a computer screen become a reality that’s even better than what they imagined. I love being a part of big dreams coming true.

Real estate can be so wild sometimes. I had the pleasure of helping this sweet family buy a very familiar home to me. It’s a home I sold last year for a client that was relocating to Texas. When the house came back on the market, we went to look at it and it happened to be perfect for my buyers. I’m so glad they are the new proud owners of this home that repeated itself in my life and it now gets to be a part of theirs for years ahead.

What an exciting day to close a home with a family I have enjoyed helping over the course of almost 2 years. It has had moments of discouragement due to a competitive market and a lack of inventory, but we kept at it and were able to secure a home with a perfect backyard for their boys to play soccer and cute doggie Roma to run around freely. I truly feel this home was worth the wait and I am glad they will get to enjoy it the way they imagined for years to come.
