✨The value of real estate is not determined by what the homeowner paid for it (if they got it for a significantly lower price years ago). At the same time, if a seller paid significantly more than current market value, that still does not justify over pricing for current conditions. The market decides.

🏠A home's value is determined by factors such as:
✔️ Recent comparable sales
✔️ Location and neighborhood demand
✔️ Size, layout, and features
✔️ Condition and updates
✔️ Current market conditions

✨At the end of the day, a home is worth what a qualified buyer is willing to pay in today's market.
