Not all closings are filled with excitement and celebration. Some are bittersweet. Some mean closing a chapter filled with years of memories, love, laughter, and life. Sometimes you know you’re making the right decision… but your heart still wants to hold on a little longer.

This was one of those closings.

I was truly honored to walk alongside my clients through this journey and help guide them through such an emotional transition. These moments remind me that real estate is so much more than contracts and paperwork — it’s people, memories, and major life changes.

To make things even more emotional, this transaction was anything but easy. We had to work through document changes with the county, and after making it all the way to the finish line, the first contract fell apart just 24 hours before closing.
